No matter how easy the shopping cart system that you are using, if you’re trying to get an online store up and running, you’ll have questions and problems. Support of your ecommerce provider makes the difference.
In our opinion, support is a critical part of providing an ecommerce service and it’s one of the main reasons that people buy from Ozcart. While we don’t have the time or personnel to offer telephone support, we do offer an efficient ticket based system and knowledge base, and do everything we can to answer customer questions promptly, thoroughly and completely. Ask our customers what they think if you don’t believe us!
To this end, we have been very upset by comments posted on a forum recently questioning the quality of our maintenance support – especially as the person posting the message was not even a customer of ours and had no idea how great our support is. We frequently go beyond the call of duty to help our customers out, with support people replying outside of hours and a flexible approach to accommodating customizations – which many of our competitors would not allow.
