Ozcart is a hosted solution, so monthly, semi-annual, or annual payment periods are the only options available. We do not offer a one-time, buy-outright option. However, you instead get:
- Secure web hosting and daily backups on our ecommerce optimised web servers.
- 6 days a week access to technical support with support enquiries answered by our reliable ticket system.
- Access to our ecommerce and hosting knowledge base, available 24 hours a day – where articles are based on questions that others have asked about setting up their stores.
If you later decide that Ozcart is not right for your business, you can cancel at any time by submitting a ticket with more than 7 days notice.
