Your monthly fee is a flat fee covering your Ozcart shop behind-the-scenes management, secure hosting, and access to technical support 6-days a week via our online email-based system. There are no per-sale transaction fees charged by us on any plan.
We do not do your business marketing for you or guarantee you any sales – we do not involve ourselves in what you do with your website while you are using it – but we are here to help answer your questions via our support system and will do our best to assist you get your site the way you want it (within the limits of the cart’s functionality).
