Zip Pay and Zip Money

Ozcart is integrated with the Zip Pay or Zip Money services.

Once you have signed up an account, you will be given authentication information that you can enter into the admin area of Ozcart.

You can set your account into testing mode prior to going live, and test with specific credit card numbers and transaction values to see how successful and failed transactions will work in your store.

• Currency supported: Australian dollars only.
• Support hours: Monday – Friday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Sydney time.
• Fraud Protection: Zip Money assumes all credit and fraud risk. Merchants are never responsible for collecting any consumer repayments or defaults.
• Your branding on payment page: No, it is branded Zip Pay.
• Settlement: Same-day if the order was completed prior to 4pm AEST Monday to Friday. Next business day for other transactions.
• Integrated with Ozcart: Yes.

Zip Pay is an all-in-one solution provided by Zip Money Bank. This means that there is only one provider for your merchant services and payment gateway services between your Ozcart shopping cart website and business banking account.

Merchants pay one small flat fee (%) per transaction, so you only pay when you sell. There are no setup fees, no monthly charges, no commitments and no surprises. The merchant service fee varies depending on trading volume. Merchants apply directly to ZipMoney.
